Founded in 2009, as of 2021, Spurstone is based in Higganum, CT, helping clients across the country in pursuit of unbreakable wealth.
Our co-founders, Ted de Groot and Tim Goals, boast decades of experience working with executives at all levels and senior-level corporate clients at Fortune 500 companies. Their experience has allowed us to implement complex strategies designed for individuals with concentrated positions, such as stock-based compensation, deferred compensation, and more. We like to say that when it comes to our clients, their focus is our focus.
And it's not just talk. As fiduciaries, we're honored to hold a moral and legal obligation to do what's right by our clients. Whether that means helping to build a portfolio focused on the long-term or serving as a liaison between our clients and other professionals, such as CPAs or attorneys, we're always working in the best interests of our clients.
